作为世界的成员，我们身处同一艘命运与共的大船，任何一国的选择和行动都会对其他国家和整个世界产生影响。历史的长河奔涌向前，尽管有时风平浪静，有时波涛汹涌，但开放发展的历史大势不可逆转。我们要坚定信心，携手合作，共同应对挑战，坚定走向构建人类命运共同体的目标。
面对风险和挑战，我们不能畏缩不前，更不能为一时一事所惑。我们要保持清醒的头脑，准确认识历史发展规律，勇敢面对挑战。我们要坚定信念，相信只要我们团结一心、共同努力，就一定能够战胜困难、实现我们的目标。

我们要齐心协力，共同维护世界和平稳定。历史告诉我们，“前事不忘，后事之师”。20世纪，人类经历了两次世界大战和冷战的阴影，这些惨痛经历让我们深刻认识到，霸权主义、阵营对抗不会带来和平与稳定，反而会导致冲突和战争。当前乌克兰危机再次给我们敲响了警钟，我们不能被实力地位所迷惑，更不能以牺牲别国安全来谋求自身安全，否则只会陷入安全困境。
历史也教导我们，和平是人类共同的事业，需要各方共同争取和维护。每个人都应该珍视和平、守护和平，铭记战争的惨痛教训。面对动荡不安的世界，我们要牢记联合国宪章的初心，不忘守护和平的使命。不久前，我提出了全球安全倡议，倡导各国坚持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观。我们要尊重各国的主权和领土完整，遵守联合国宪章的宗旨和原则，关注各国的合理安全关切。
国际社会应该摒弃零和博弈的思维，共同反对霸权主义和强权政治。我们要构建相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系，树立休戚与共、安危同当的共同体意识。各国之间应通过对话协商和平解决分歧与争端，我们还要统筹维护传统领域和非传统领域的安全。

Only when we cherish and uphold peace, and never forget the painful lessons of war, can there be hope for a peaceful world. In a volatile and unstable world, we must remain true to the pledge of the UN Charter and carry out the mission of maintaining global peace. I recently proposed the Global Security Initiative, urging countries to remain committed to a vision of common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable security. This involves respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all nations, abiding by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, taking the legitimate security concerns of all countries seriously, resolving differences and disputes through dialogue and consultation, and maintaining security in both traditional and non-traditional domains. The international community should reject zero-sum games and jointly oppose hegemonic and power politics. Instead, we should build a new type of international relations based on mutual respect, fairness, justice, and win-win cooperation. It is vital to recognize that we are a community where all countries share a common stake, and we must ensure that the light of peace reaches every corner of the world.Moreover, we must stand in solidarity and promote global sustainable development. Development is the key to solving various challenges and achieving human happiness. Currently, the global development process is facing severe impacts, with weakened international development cooperation momentum. The gap between North and South is further widening, and the global implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has suffered a serious setback. Nearly 70 countries, affecting 1.2 billion people, are facing crises related to pandemics, food, energy, and debt. The world's progress in poverty reduction over the past few decades could potentially be undone.In such a challenging scenario, it is imperative for us to work together to build a more resilient and sustainable development framework. We need to strengthen global cooperation, promote inclusive growth, and address the root causes of development challenges. By fostering innovation, enhancing capacity building, and ensuring fair distribution of resources, we can help countries overcome their current difficulties and build a more equitable and prosperous world for all.In conclusion, peace and development are indispensable for the well-being of humanity. As a community with a shared stake, let us work together to promote peace, defend development, and build a better world for all.As we move forward, it is imperative that we reach out to each other and collaboratively promote sustainable global development. Development holds the key to unlocking various challenges and delivering a better quality of life to the world's population. Currently, the global development process has encountered significant obstacles, with the momentum of international development cooperation weakening. The widening development gap between the North and South has resulted in major setbacks for the global efforts to implement the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Nearly 1.2 billion individuals in almost 70 countries are facing COVID-19, food, energy, and debt crises, potentially reversing decades of progress in global poverty reduction.
In response to these challenges, last year I proposed the Global Development Initiative. This initiative calls for the establishment of a united, equal, balanced, and inclusive global development partnership, centered on the implementation of the UN's 2030 Agenda. This partnership will promote cooperation in various critical areas such as poverty reduction, public health, education, digital connectivity, and industrialization. By enhancing food and energy cooperation, we aim to improve security levels in these vital sectors. Additionally, we must seize the opportunities presented by the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, fostering the global flow of innovative factors. This will help developing countries accelerate their digital economy development and green transformation. Enhanced cooperation in the fight against the pandemic is also paramount, with a focus on providing developing countries with more anti-COVID-19 medications to aid in the global effort to overcome the pandemic at an early date.
In just two days, China will host the Global Development Summit, a platform for discussing global development strategies. We must adhere to putting people's interests at the forefront and prioritize the well-being of all nations. By doing so, we can propel global development towards a new era, benefiting people across the world.Fourth, we must embrace inclusivity and jointly expand openness and integration. Following the end of the Cold War, economic globalization has developed rapidly, greatly promoting the flow of goods and capital, as well as advancements in technology and civilization. A more open and inclusive world can provide broader development space for all countries and a more prosperous future for humanity.
As global development continues to evolve, it is important that we respond to people's concerns, pursue the larger interests of all nations, and steer global development towards a new era that delivers benefits to all. This can be achieved through collaboration and cooperation, as we stand united in our efforts to overcome the current economic crisis.
At this critical juncture, we must work together to strengthen macroeconomic policy coordination and prevent a slowdown or even halt in the global recovery. It is crucial that major developed countries adopt responsible economic policies and avoid policy spillovers that could negatively impact developing nations. We must also recognize that sanctions are a double-edged sword, and their misuse can have negative consequences for all parties involved. Instead, we should work towards an open and inclusive global economy that promotes trade and investment, drives innovation, and enhances global supply chain resilience.
Furthermore, we must prioritize the development of people-to-people exchanges and cultural understanding, as these are essential for building trust and cooperation among nations. By promoting inclusivity and expanding open exchange, we can create a world that is not only prosperous but also harmonious and sustainable.
In conclusion, we must continue to work together with a shared vision of a better future for all.
